Field-based, non-sales liaison responsible for engaging hematology thought leaders, sharing clinical and product information, gathering insights, coordinating executive engagements, supporting speaker bureaus and advisory boards, and maintaining compliant relationships. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and leadership teams across a Northeast territory, requiring 60%–80% travel.

Supports Global Development quality system governance, quality event oversight, metrics and trend reporting, root cause investigations, CAPA development, procedural reviews, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with quality stakeholders, facilitates governance meetings, presents quality system data, supports regulatory inspections, delivers training, and provides subject matter expertise in GCP and GVP quality management.

Lead national hematology oncology commercial strategy and Field teams to prepare for launch of two bispecific biologics. Hire, train, and develop Regional Directors and medical specialists; drive revenue, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations.
