The Account Manager oversees high-net-worth clients' insurance portfolios, assessing needs, providing customized coverage plans, managing claims, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Serve as primary claims advisor for large commercial accounts: report and manage claims, coordinate review meetings, provide analytics and strategic guidance, advocate for clients, communicate with carriers and adjusters, analyze reserves and trends, identify risk-control opportunities, maintain claim files, and leverage technology to improve efficiency.

Support FP&A for business units by building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide recommendations, ad hoc analyses, audit support, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, automation, and analytic accuracy to support business decision-making.
