Owner of inbound demand generation and marketing-led outbound for two legaltech products. Build and run demand strategy, manage paid search/social, own Webflow and HubSpot, drive SEO/AEO content, run email/lifecycle programs, maintain attribution connecting BigQuery/Looker/GA4 to revenue, and build AI-driven marketing automations. Advise leadership and oversee contractors to hit trials, demos, and pipeline goals.

Manage and coach a Technical Account Management team to ensure high-quality, proactive support for Relativity customers. Oversee capacity planning, KPI performance, ticket and tenant health monitoring, on-call rotations, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Engineering. Drive service reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues (SQL, Azure, VMs, storage, networking), and develop employees' technical and product skills while maintaining customer relationships and operational excellence.

Lead design, build, maintain, and scale Workday Financials integrations. Monitor and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, document technical designs, ensure SOX/audit compliance, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to drive automation and process improvements.
