Own outcomes for complex enterprise accounts by driving AI product adoption, workflow transformation, ROI, retention, and expansion. Lead executive relationships, business reviews, change management, governance, and risk remediation. Create adoption playbooks, mentor CSMs, and influence cross-functional product and enablement decisions. Requires customer success, consulting, or account management experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation support, or regulated workflows.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered legal data intelligence workflows, including discovery, case strategy, transcript analysis, document review, and knowledge management. Partner with product, engineering, research, and applied science teams; create prototypes and design specifications; evolve the RUI design system; and build accessible, production-ready front-end code using AI-assisted development. Engage customers and stakeholders through demos, research sessions, and occasional travel.

Drive new-business and expansion sales across a named SLED territory. Responsibilities include strategic territory and account planning, pipeline management in Salesforce, cross-functional coordination, product demonstrations, executive relationship development, business-case creation, and closing opportunities to exceed quota. The role requires enterprise software, eDiscovery, SaaS, complex solution-selling, and full-cycle quota-carrying sales experience.
