Lead onboarding, training, and adoption; coordinate with support, product, and development teams; track usage and satisfaction metrics; advocate client feedback for product improvements and drive retention strategies.

Edit, update, and manage nursing and clinical content to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Support scheduled and triggered review cycles, respond to basic clinical inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, manage projects and deadlines, and apply evidence-based research and adult-learning principles under the guidance of a Clinical Editor.
