Senior, consultative, client-facing role partnering with account managers to drive expansion of AI solutions at law firms. Build relationships with firm leadership, conduct senior-level discovery and workflow analysis, design tailored demos and proofs-of-concept, and influence product and post-sales adoption to deliver measurable ROI and revenue growth.

Work with Account Managers to drive technical sales for Elsevier products by conducting discovery, delivering tailored demos and presentations, leading technical tender responses, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success to achieve client satisfaction and references.

Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales engagements, explain IDVerse AI identity solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate customer needs into product use cases, provide implementation guidance and best practices, capture feedback for Product and GTM teams, and contribute to internal enablement and sales training.
