Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 5+, collaborate with React frontend teams, write unit and integration tests, query SQL Server/PostgreSQL databases, participate in code reviews and agile processes, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Develop and manage customer stories, advocate for customers, run customer-focused campaigns across channels, support lifecycle marketing, coordinate stakeholders, track performance, and build a customer community to drive engagement, demand, and brand loyalty.

Lead AI-enabled talent strategy for GTM: workforce planning, people analytics, leadership development, succession management, organization design, change leadership, and coaching senior leaders. Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and People Operations to deploy data-driven HR programs, build leadership bench strength, forecast labor needs, and align performance and rewards to business outcomes.
