Lead digital RTL design, verification, debugging, simulation, and automation for power management ICs. Manage design blocks from requirements and architecture through implementation, develop verification tests, support pre- and post-silicon validation, improve design flows, evaluate tools, and mentor junior engineers. Serve as the functional digital design lead while collaborating on mixed-signal semiconductor projects involving serial interfaces and backend implementation flows.

Owns technical readiness, manufacturability, qualification, and lifecycle performance of advanced semiconductor power modules from NPI through high-volume production. Leads assembly process development, IPC-A-610 workmanship compliance, product bring-up, characterization, yield analysis, root-cause investigations, manufacturing releases, change management, and production issue resolution. Coordinates Design, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, OSAT, and customer teams to improve product quality, cost, yield, and cycle time.

Leads enterprise-wide HR change and transformation initiatives, including organizational redesign, job architecture, rewards harmonization, HR process standardization, and digital or AI-enabled adoption. Develops change strategies, governance, communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption measurement. Advises executives, aligns global stakeholders, manages transformation portfolios, builds change capability, and supports sustainable employee and manager adoption across regions and business functions.
