Configures, supports, and troubleshoots business applications for end users. The role builds relationships with hiring managers, HR, community organizations, universities, and professional networks while developing creative sourcing strategies. Responsibilities also include maintaining positive candidate experiences, coordinating recruiting events, ensuring compliance with employment policies and laws, and supporting multiple recruiting assignments independently and collaboratively.

Analyzes and resolves complex accounts receivable issues, maintains AR records, coordinates billing, processes lockbox items and refunds, and supports cash application. The role monitors AR metrics, improves processes, tests business requirements, supports billing systems, develops training resources, and serves as the liaison with third-party vendors and corporate teams.

Processes and audits accurate payroll for unionized, multi-state employees covered by numerous collective bargaining agreements. Calculates and reports union benefits, pension, 401K, dues, deductions, overtime premiums, retroactive pay, and special payments. Interprets CBAs, prepares payroll reports, maintains confidential payroll data, collaborates with HR and payroll teams, and supports payroll system testing, configuration, and knowledge transfer.

Lead enterprise business architecture efforts by modeling current and target states, identifying gaps and risks, creating capability maps and roadmaps, translating business needs into requirements, and guiding cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, people, data, and technology for strategic transformation.
