Configure, support, and troubleshoot business applications while serving as the primary IT contact for assigned business areas. Resolve escalated issues, document incidents and procedures, recommend system improvements, support projects, and mentor less experienced administrators. The role requires business systems analysis, SQL, end-user application administration, process flowcharting, report and procedure writing, and collaboration with offshore development and QA teams.

Sources and attracts active and passive candidates to build talent pipelines for business units. Partners with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, researches candidate profiles and market trends, attends industry events, conducts preliminary phone screens, and assesses candidate qualifications, interests, availability, salary expectations, and relocation needs. Engages and influences candidates by promoting the organization and available opportunities.

Maintains and retains existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers through outbound and inbound communication. Renews contracts, responds to cancellations, supports pricing initiatives, documents customer activities in Salesforce, reduces credits and rate restrictions, and cross-sells the company’s full suite of products. Reviews retention performance and customer relationships with the Sales Manager.
