Maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and modernize large-scale Java/SQL applications for a government client. Lead technical analysis, coordinate development, perform database and performance tuning, provide production support, create technical documentation, and assist modernization and deployment activities in a team environment.

Lead day-to-day execution of a data engineering and AI adoption program: define and track scope, milestones, budgets, and resources; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; translate technical concepts for executives; support cloud and platform initiatives; maintain project documentation and surface risks to keep delivery on schedule.
