Lead full lifecycle delivery of large IT and business-transformation projects for the Texas Department of Public Safety. Define scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, governance, and risk management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; monitor performance, manage change control, and ensure compliance with procurement and governance. Produce executive reports, oversee vendor performance, and manage project closeout and lessons learned.

Implement and deploy enterprise AI capabilities: build enterprise search components, configure and document Darwin AI inventory/monitoring, implement and test AI agents, and develop AI governance controls while partnering with DPS stakeholders to meet timelines.

Partner with project, development, and QA teams to translate business needs into Agile themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Convert use cases into Jira stories, facilitate requirements and story-point discussions, review process documentation to identify improvements, and support delivery and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
