Lead full lifecycle delivery of large IT and business-transformation projects for the Texas Department of Public Safety. Define scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, governance, and risk management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; monitor performance, manage change control, and ensure compliance with procurement and governance.
