At RetailMeNot, we aim to take care of our employees in all aspects. We offer comprehensive health benefits as well as a 401(k) plan with generous matching. We have free downtown parking (and if you don’t have a car, we pay for your public transit choice), cell phone and gym reimbursement, on-site free fitness classes, catered lunch four days a week and breakfast twice a week, unlimited coffee from an on-site barista, snacks on every floor, and yes - a beer keg on tap. Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

RetailMeNot's FSA helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $2700 annually.

Disability Insurance

RetailMeNot offers both short term and long term disability insurance. Employees also have the option to purchase extra coverage.

Dental Benefits

We offer dental insurance through Delta Dental PPO.

Vision Benefits

We offer vision insurance through VSP.

Health Insurance Benefits

We offer three plan options through BCBS, a PPO, EPO and HDHP. In addition, these plans come with company-funded HCA or HSA accounts.

Life Insurance

RetailMeNot offers group-term life insurance with a payout of 2x an employee's annual salary for the duration of employment. We also offer additional voluntary life insurance.

Retirement & Stock Options Benefits

401(K)

RetailMeNot encourages and helps you plan for retirement. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after 30 days.

401(K) Matching

RetailMeNot matches 100% on the first 3% that you defer and 50% on the next 2% you defer for a total of 4%. Matched contributions are immediately vested.

Performance Bonus

We offer semi-annual bonuses and a long term incentive plan, designed to reward employees for helping achieve long-term company goals.

Child Care Benefits

We subsidize your childcare provider search and also offer a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account which helps employees cover childcare expenses with pre-tax contributions of up $5000/year.

Generous Parental Leave

RetailMeNot offers up to 16 weeks of paid parenting leave a flexible return-to-work schedule. New parents also receive a generous baby bonus.

Family Medical Leave

RetailMeNot offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Parking

We provide paid parking for all of our full-time employees. If you’d rather walk, bike, or take public transportation to the office, you are eligible for a transportation stipend every month.

Relocation Assistance

RetailMeNot offers financial assistance to new hires when they relocate to Austin.

Fitness Subsidies

In addition to our free onsite gym, RetailMeNot offers up to $40/month for fitness reimbursement. This can include gym memberships and other fitness activities, like race entry fees.

Tuition Reimbursement

RetailMeNot will pay the education costs, up to $5,250 per calendar year, for courses directed toward obtaining an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s or other postsecondary degree.

Additional Perks + Benefits

What are great perks without a cool space to work? We have five floors in the heart of downtown Austin, with themed conference rooms and open workspaces. Each of the five floors are playfully designed in themes of retail categories including consumer electronics, games and toys, sports, music, travel, and books, and incorporate vibrant, bright colors to inspire creativity. Central in the reception area is a company timeline of major milestones on one side and company values on the other side. It’s important to remember where we came from and how we built RetailMeNot as a team, one milestone at a time. On the opposite side, we display the values we rally around as a company. We also have a photo booth to capture the fun memories we make. Employees and guests both delight in the novelty. Finally, our reception desk is actually a full-service coffee bar with baristas at the ready. Our baristas source some of the best coffee from local vendors bringing an Austin vibe to our favorite beverages.
