Create multi-touch journeys, dynamic personalized content, SQL/AMPscript-driven data extensions, responsive HTML/CSS email templates, testing strategies, segmentation, tracking with UTMs, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and reporting.

Manage a portfolio of 10+ corporate and consumer websites, driving CMS improvements, content governance, UX/CRO/SEO optimization, analytics-driven enhancements, cross-functional project delivery, and day-to-day site operations to support B2B and B2C objectives.

Lead and operate Revance's global healthcare compliance program for pharmaceuticals, devices, and aesthetics. Advise on FDA advertising/promotion, anti‑kickback, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, FCPA and related laws; build policies, training, monitoring, investigations, third‑party diligence, and reporting; partner with business and legal leaders; manage a small compliance team and serve on promotional, pricing, and compliance committees.
