Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and optimization of B2C/B2B loyalty and commerce products. Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, agile pod execution, experimentation, analytics, launches, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, QA, Marketing, Legal, and business leaders while establishing product standards and delivery processes. Guide AI-enabled product capabilities, responsible AI practices, vendor relationships, and stakeholder alignment across zero-to-one and scaled digital experiences.

Supports clinical development strategy and designs, executes, and evaluates Phase 1–3 studies for therapeutic products and indications. Develops protocols and regulatory documents, supports IND/BLA submissions, collaborates with clinical operations, biometrics, safety, medical affairs, and CROs, and engages investigators, KOLs, regulators, and scientific organizations. Ensures GCP and SOP compliance while contributing to product strategy, publications, presentations, and clinical leadership.
