Own end-to-end delivery of Agile Targeting products, translating customer and business needs into engineering plans. Lead backlog prioritization, sprint and release planning, dependency management, risk tracking, quality readiness, and KPI reporting. Partner with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and integrations, support operator discovery and demos, and communicate execution status to leadership. The role requires collaboration across product, engineering, business development, and program teams in defense, public safety, and geospatial environments.

Design, build, and maintain Ruby on Rails APIs and React frontends; architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries; manage Docker/Kubernetes services and Terraform IaC; implement PKI/mTLS and secure authentication; solve offline data serialization/synchronization; own CI/CD pipelines and support mission-critical field deployments.

Own release quality through manual and automated testing of complex 3D and geospatial features. Maintain test suites in a TypeScript/Playwright framework, verify fixes, run regressions, approve builds, and use AI tools to accelerate test creation and bug investigation. Collaborate with engineers and test across multiple platforms and devices.
