Oversee material expediting, production milestones, inspections, shipments, logistics coordination, and risk mitigation. Partner with project managers, sales teams, purchasing, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics, and customers to maintain schedules and documentation accuracy. Standardize procedures, conduct audits, support quality initiatives, and train project support staff.

Develops quotations for electrical distribution projects by reviewing bid packages, gathering vendor pricing, preparing bid tabulations, and submitting final proposals. Partners with sales teams, customers, branches, and suppliers to establish pricing, negotiate terms, recommend substitute products, and meet deadlines. Maintains product knowledge through training and supports business growth by promoting products and using digital sales tools.

Researches prospects, nurtures leads, schedules sales meetings and demos, maintains CRM records, reports on sales activity, and collaborates with the sales team to meet targets.
