Lead and develop an inside sales team for a Major Market, overseeing the full quotation and order cycle from RFP acknowledgment through follow-up. Drive margin management, quoting accuracy, vendor coordination, CRM/ERP usage, performance metrics, and collaboration with purchasing, project management, and outside sales to ensure profitable, on-time project delivery and continuous process improvement.

Oversee project documentation and expediting for large industrial electrical projects: manage submittals, version control, vendor/OEM coordination, expediting logs, portal billing, and on-time material delivery while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales, provide product selection and application support, coordinate quotes and vendor demos, use digital tools/CRM/ERP, track market intelligence, and maintain sales records and expense reports.
