Leads warehouse and logistics operations across multiple branches within a major market zone. Oversees inbound and outbound processes, safety compliance, inventory accuracy, staffing, performance metrics, standardized workflows, continuous improvement, and local warehouse manager development. Partners with commercial and branch leadership to improve service, reduce costs, support customer commitments, and ensure consistent execution across sites.

Manage document control, submittals, revisions, compliance records, billing portals, and project closeout documentation for major industrial electrical distribution projects. Coordinate with project teams, customers, OEMs, purchasing, logistics, and warehouses to expedite material orders, track production and shipments, identify risks, and maintain project schedules. Generate reports, support quality initiatives, standardize procedures, audit documentation, and train staff.

Develops new and existing customer relationships to increase profitable sales of electrical and related products. Responsibilities include product promotion, solution selling, quotations, customer support, market research, vendor coordination, payment issue resolution, sales reporting, and maintaining sales records. The role requires frequent travel to customer locations, product and application knowledge, use of digital tools, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
