Handle inbound/outbound telephone and email sales: process quotes and orders, maintain customer relationships, prospect within territory, support outside sales, use digital tools/CRM/ERP, follow up on quotes, resolve issues, and pursue product knowledge to drive sales growth.

Sell and promote electrical products through new and existing customer relationships. Use digital tools, ERP/CRM, and supplier collaboration to generate revenue, provide product/application guidance, prepare quotes, and manage the sales lifecycle. Track market trends, maintain records, resolve payment issues, and participate in training and vendor demos. Frequent travel and physical handling of product required.

Lead warehouse and logistics operations across a multi-branch zone. Standardize inbound/outbound processes, ensure safety and compliance, coach site managers, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and partner with commercial leadership to meet service and profitability goals.
