Support and optimize marketing automations, campaigns, and lifecycle programs across three brands. Maintain data quality and reporting, QA workflows, assist GTM positioning and competitor analysis, and surface process improvements. Leverage AI and automation to scale execution while learning and growing under the Head of Marketing.

Build polished, maintainable React-based front-end product experiences; evolve front-end architecture and component patterns; translate ambiguous product ideas into executable plans; collaborate with product and design; prioritize UX quality, testing, and pragmatic tradeoffs; mentor and raise team effectiveness at the Staff level.
