Maintain CRM and customer data integrity, build health scores, dashboards, and recurring reports, and administer the Customer Success tech stack. Manage portfolio assignments, track renewals and churn signals, prepare account summaries for reviews, triage operational requests, and document processes to scale the CS team. Partner cross-functionally to surface customer insights and improve experience.

Support global sales teams by maintaining HubSpot CRM, dashboards, and reporting; assist with data hygiene, lists, basic workflows/sequences, process documentation, and rollout of initiatives across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub): build workflows and automations, manage pipelines and deal stages, ensure data integrity and reporting, maintain integrations, govern system configuration, and enable users through training and documentation to drive CRM adoption and reliable forecasting.
