Own the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of Rezilient’s healthcare platform. Design and operate cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, container orchestration, incident response, automation, disaster recovery, and security controls for PHI. Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; reduce operational toil; lead postmortems; and partner with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver resilient services.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of Rezilient’s member experience products. Partner with clinical operations, engineering, design, customer success, and sales to ship accessible, engaging healthcare experiences. Define requirements, prioritize backlogs, establish product metrics, ensure healthcare compliance, and help integrate AI into care delivery. The role requires experience scaling consumer health products, building AI or machine learning features, and operating effectively in a regulated startup environment.

Own end-to-end UX design for a consumer healthcare mobile app, from research and workflow mapping through prototyping, production delivery, and post-launch iteration. Design member-facing care, health data, AI-assisted experiences, clinical workflows, and care-team coordination. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, and Compliance while conducting user research, building reusable design systems, ensuring accessibility, and designing transparent, safe AI interactions.
