Supports daily operations across Ricoh customer sites, including mailroom, copy center, reception, shipping and receiving, courier services, supply ordering, billing logs, reporting, equipment troubleshooting, employee training, site implementation, and coordinating work assignments. The role may lead daily huddles and fill in for absent site personnel. Physical duties include standing, walking, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and moving equipment.

Develops demand and manages complex sales opportunities for integrated workflow, outsourcing, and business process solutions. Builds relationships with C-suite stakeholders, leads capture efforts and technical bids, shapes client requirements, creates differentiated value propositions, and manages pursuits through close. Coordinates internal teams and vendors, develops business cases, performs competitive and market analysis, and ensures effective project handoffs while addressing enterprise IT and business process objectives.

Lead portfolio strategy and product lifecycle for B2B SaaS services: launch, position, price, and retire products. Provide SME guidance, market research, competitive analysis, sales enablement, roadmaps, forecasts, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and product performance.
