Manage daily sales floor operations, desk deals, control pricing, coach and hold sales team accountable, partner with F&I, ensure CRM compliance, manage inventory, run huddles, support promotions, and resolve customer escalations to drive volume, gross, and customer experience.

Lead all digital and inbound sales activity, own CRM processes, enforce speed-to-lead and follow-up cadence, coach internet sales/BDC staff, manage lead distribution and appointment setting, audit CRM compliance, monitor call quality, collaborate with marketing, and support digital retailing and online merchandising to drive showroom traffic and digital-to-sale conversion.

Handle incoming online leads and calls, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up with unsold and past customers, maintain accurate CRM records, stay current on inventory, and collaborate with dealership teams to deliver excellent customer service.
