Responds to online leads, texts, chats, and inbound calls; qualifies customers, answers questions, schedules and confirms appointments, follows up with unsold leads, and records activity in the CRM. The role focuses on fast lead response, appointment conversion, customer communication, and accurate follow-up. Paid training is provided, and dealership experience is not required.

Lead dealership sales operations by coaching and developing sales staff, driving sales strategies and performance targets, managing the sales lifecycle and CRM pipeline, overseeing inventory and merchandising, resolving customer escalations, recruiting talent, and collaborating with Service and Parts teams.
