Develops and executes regional pharmaceutical marketing strategies for fostamatinib, translating clinical data into commercial insights. Builds hematology and oncology KOL relationships, leads advisory boards and speaker programs, supports conferences and peer-to-peer initiatives, and collaborates with sales leadership to customize regional tactics. Analyzes market data, informs national brand strategy, supports product launches, manages marketing budgets, and drives local brand awareness. The role requires substantial travel, especially before launch and approximately 35–50% after launch.

Provides biostatistical data science and analytics support for clinical development and evidence generation. Collaborates with biostatistics, data management, clinical development, and medical affairs teams; applies statistics, mathematics, AI, and innovative technologies to clinical trial and real-world data. Contributes to clinical trial design, statistical analysis plans, clinical study reports, publications, and protocol development while following ICH and FDA guidelines.

Lead and develop the National Account Director team to execute market access and payer engagement strategies. Drive formulary access, reimbursement, contracting, pricing, and payer relationships across commercial, government, and integrated delivery customers while collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring compliance.
