The Director of Sales will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure team success while managing client relationships and new market opportunities.

Lead SAP legislative and regulatory updates for US and Canada payroll systems. Produce business and functional specifications, design and test strategies, guide development and QA, troubleshoot tax/regulatory issues, and ensure SAP HR/Payroll compliance across multiple versions and jurisdictions.

Provide commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation, and closing (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, licensing, vendor agreements). Partner with Sales, Finance, IP, Compliance, and delivery teams to close transactions efficiently and advise on legal issues including AI and technology matters as needed.
