Owns Riot’s data center asset management strategy across critical power, cooling, IT, and networking infrastructure. Manages CMMS asset records, lifecycle processes, audits, gap remediation, FMEA, criticality assessments, RCM strategy, maintenance requirements, spares planning, and audit-ready documentation. Partners with engineering, logistics, procurement, finance, internal audit, and site teams to improve asset integrity, reliability, compliance, and operational readiness across a multi-site portfolio.

Lead onsite commissioning, project delivery, vendor management, troubleshooting, and technical support for liquid-cooled mission-critical data center infrastructure. Integrate and commission EPMS and BMS/SCADA systems, manage alarms and incident response, resolve warranty issues, mentor junior engineers, and help establish controls standards and governance.

Owns standards and governance programs across document lifecycle management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, SOC and ISO audit readiness, and incident coordination. The role maintains controlled operational records, tracks approvals and remediation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages program schedules and dependencies, and supports adoption of CMMS and incident management systems in mission-critical environments.
