Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to improve Salesforce-based Student Success Center technology. Gathers and translates requirements into solutions and Agile user stories, analyzes processes and data quality, documents current and future workflows, supports testing and issue resolution, and identifies enhancements to reporting, automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. Collaborates with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful system improvements.

Own day-to-day affiliate channel operations, budget allocation, vendor and agency management, campaign trafficking and QA, reporting, and roadmap/testing. Drive vendor sourcing, contract modernization, data integrity, and transition from agency-led to in-house management while identifying automation and AI opportunities.

Maintain and validate forecasting and budget models, run scenario analyses, query and transform large datasets in Databricks using production SQL, produce analytical outputs and narratives, manage planning cycle logistics, flag data quality issues, and use AI tools to automate and accelerate analysis while partnering with Finance stakeholders.
