Set performance targets, monitor sales KPIs and CRM activity, conduct pipeline reviews, improve sales processes, forecast results, and partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead quality, sales enablement, and scalable solutions.

Manages and grows strategically important customer accounts by selling products and services, expanding revenue, retaining relationships, meeting sales quotas, and engaging executive stakeholders. Coordinates internal and external resources, tracks opportunities and contracts, documents sales activity in Salesforce, communicates progress to leadership, and represents the company at professional groups and trade shows.

Leads IAA’s nationwide vehicle remarketing make-ready and enhancement program across 184 branches. Manages Make-Ready Analysts, standardizes readiness processes, oversees vendors and outsourcing strategy, monitors budgets and program margins, and drives quality, efficiency, and compliance. Partners with branch operations, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Product, and IT to scale services, improve seller experience, prevent revenue leakage, and develop the program as a profitable revenue stream.
