Manages strategic demand-side customer accounts by building relationships, monitoring performance, resolving issues, presenting products, and identifying growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Leads customer meetings, coordinates with internal teams, supports customer service, and develops engagement strategies. Requires sales or account management experience, automotive industry knowledge, strong communication, data-driven decision-making, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 10% travel.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of vehicle intake and assignment products for insurance carriers and providers. The role improves upstream marketplace experiences through earlier, lower-touch, prediction-driven routing that reduces cycle time, costs, and risk. Responsibilities include customer and competitor research, product definition, KPI management, business-case development, stakeholder collaboration, and representing carrier needs across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
