Own and grow relationships with designated remarketing partners to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Monitor account performance, resolve issues, present new products, identify upsell and efficiency opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute growth and retention strategies. Requires collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and frequent travel.

Lead the CSOC by overseeing detection, incident response, and SOC operations; act as technical escalation point; improve SIEM-driven detection, playbooks, automation, and metrics to reduce MTTD/MTTR.
