Supports transactional accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data accuracy review, document digitization, and accounting process documentation. Also assists HR with confidential filing and employee record updates. Requires intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF skills, accounting software proficiency or quick learning ability, a high school diploma, and intermediate math and accounting knowledge.

Assists the Preschool Director with daily school operations, budgeting, staffing, licensing compliance, enrollment records, tuition administration, training, scheduling substitutes, calendars, events, and facility oversight. Provides spiritual and administrative leadership, supports accreditation, maintains confidentiality, coordinates staff files and background checks, and assumes director responsibilities when needed. The role requires flexibility, strong organization and communication, Christian leadership, and compliance with Texas childcare regulations.
