Manage and lead cybersecurity advisory engagements: implement GRC programs, assess ITGC and IT risk, develop remediation roadmaps, run incident response tabletop exercises, manage GRC platforms, conduct vendor risk reviews, develop policies/SOPs, mentor staff, and support business development.

Drive new customer sales for cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance advisory services. Qualify partner-referred opportunities, conduct consultative discovery, develop proposals and Statements of Work, manage forecasts and CRM records, and coordinate with sales, delivery, and legal teams. Participate in project kickoffs, support project execution, and serve as the customer point of contact while identifying additional service opportunities.

Manage post-sale relationships for cybersecurity and GRC advisory clients, guiding onboarding, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor, coordinate with Sales and Advisory teams, advocate for customer needs, lead business reviews, develop analytics and customer content, and communicate feedback internally. The role requires strong client relationship management, technical conversation skills, executive presentation ability, analytical rigor, and experience handling complex customer situations.
