Create, audit, and maintain internal and external CX content and knowledge bases (Salesforce preferred). Translate processes into user-friendly guides, manage content requests, develop team macros, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and CX leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, brand-aligned customer support resources.

As an Instructional Designer, you will develop training materials for the Customer Experience team, collaborate with various stakeholders, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
