Own the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and lifecycle success of digital servicing platform products. Responsibilities include market and user research, product vision, backlog management, requirements definition, prioritization, KPI tracking, stakeholder collaboration, launch readiness, risk mitigation, and mentoring product managers. The role also supports product management best practices and team development.

Serve as a licensed mortgage loan originator guiding clients from application to closing. Advise on loan products, evaluate financial documents, build referral relationships, generate leads, and grow a book of business while representing Rocket Mortgage in the community.

Own end-to-end full-stack features for client- and team-facing servicing applications. Design and implement front-end (Next.js/React) and back-end (.NET/C# with NestJS GraphQL), deploy and operate on AWS/EKS, use AI-assisted development workflows, collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, and mentor engineers while participating in on-call rotation for production reliability.

Build and maintain referral relationships to originate mortgage loans. Advise clients on home-buying and refinancing, evaluate financial documents for eligibility, manage loans from application to closing, and represent Rocket Mortgage at community events to drive lead flow and revenue.
