Build and maintain referral relationships, originate mortgage loans, consult clients on loan products, evaluate financial documents for eligibility, guide clients from application to closing, represent the Rocket Mortgage brand in the community, and stay current on product and process changes to drive referral volume and revenue.

Serve as a licensed mortgage loan originator guiding clients from application to closing. Advise on loan products, evaluate financial documents, build referral relationships, generate leads, and grow a book of business while representing Rocket Mortgage in the community.

Own end-to-end full-stack features for client- and team-facing servicing applications. Design and implement front-end (Next.js/React) and back-end (.NET/C# with NestJS GraphQL), deploy and operate on AWS/EKS, use AI-assisted development workflows, collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, and mentor engineers while participating in on-call rotation for production reliability.
