Develop Logix and HMI solutions, edge-to-cloud integrations, APIs/microservices, time-series and visualization solutions, align control data models with enterprise/cloud systems, promote OPC UA standards, and support pre-sales/post-sales prototyping and technical demonstrations.

Lead and execute complex, cross-functional AI and autonomy programs: define plans, milestones, OKRs/KPIs, communications, and risk management. Serve as a technical partner to engineering teams and external partners, shape technical strategy, advise on feasibility and trade-offs for LLMs, agentic frameworks, ML pipelines, and robotics, and promote reusable reference architectures and partner engagement strategies to ensure solutions deliver business impact.

Lead development of Trusted Content capabilities for AI and autonomy in industrial automation. Define and prototype solutions, collaborate with product, AI COE, and customer co-innovation teams, and scale repeatable practices across design, operations, and maintenance workflows. Contribute standards, support events, and deliver customer-facing engagements with measurable outcomes.

Design and architect AI and agent-based systems for industrial automation, develop proofs of concept, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, and support productization and standards while following coding/testing/debugging practices.

Design and deploy AI-native industrial systems at the edge for real-time learning, decision making, optimization, and autonomous operation. Build low-latency, distributed AI architectures integrating generative models, ML/RL, control systems, streaming analytics, and embedded inference across industrial assets.

Develop and deploy vision-language and multimodal AI systems for industrial automation and robotics, integrating perception, language understanding, reasoning, and learning with robotics platforms, edge devices, and industrial data to enable context-aware decision making, human-robot interaction, inspection, and continuous learning in real-world environments.

Design and build agentic AI systems for industrial automation: integrate LLMs, tool-use agents, retrieval/memory, reinforcement and multimodal learning to assist development, debugging, optimization, and human-machine collaboration across operational systems.

Lead strategic customer co-innovation engagements for AI and autonomy. Manage executive briefings, define/govern co-innovation frameworks, track milestones and commercial impact, capture insights for productization and sales enablement, and convert outcomes into event and marketing content.

Lead Trusted Content projects end-to-end: develop scalable PM methodologies, plan and manage scope/resources/finances, support governance and Agile adoption, track KPIs, identify risks, drive process improvements, and coach stakeholders on project management best practices.

Lead global partner ecosystem strategy and transformation, govern a PMO, drive channel-led growth, support M&A and NPI, align cross-functional stakeholders, and represent Rockwell externally.
