Research prospects, maintain Salesforce records, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with program, finance, legal, accounting, and development teams to advance complex partnerships and fundraising goals.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional partners, stewarding relationships and securing five- to seven-figure contributions. Develop engagement strategies, proposals, stewardship reports, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with program, finance, legal, and communications teams. Track pipelines and interactions in Salesforce and project systems, support team objectives, and represent RMI at conferences and partner meetings to advance fundraising and partnership goals.
