Provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting preparation, expenses, correspondence, domestic and international travel, technology troubleshooting, note-taking, and follow-up. The role requires discretion, professionalism, proactive problem-solving, strong communication, flexibility, and confidentiality while representing the organization with senior external stakeholders.
