Owns Roku’s commerce financial platform strategy, roadmap, compliance posture, and financial controls across partner onboarding, billing, payouts, and payment integrations. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Tax, Risk, and auditors to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform solutions. Leads automation, impact assessments, remediation of compliance findings, launch readiness, reconciliation integrity, and executive reporting while supporting global payment and commerce models.

Develop and evolve RokuOS system software, including fundamental APIs, libraries, development environments, and platform architecture. Responsibilities include high-performance C++ development, modular refactoring, API design, multithreaded and multiprocess programming, cross-functional collaboration, and using agentic AI workflows to accelerate engineering outcomes.

Design and implement secure AI-powered tooling and platforms using LLMs, RAG, agents, and MCP. Lead architecture, prompt evaluation, safety guardrails, backend integrations, quality gates, monitoring, and performance optimization. Deliver Python services, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, coordinate cross-functional development, lead incident analysis, and translate business strategy into engineering roadmaps and measurable priorities.
