Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support resilient software solutions; collaborate with Design, Product, engineering teammates, and business stakeholders; investigate customer problems; resolve production incidents; document work; and improve code and development processes.

The Senior Financial Analyst partners with Product Delivery leaders on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, investment evaluation, and resource allocation. The role develops financial models, manages acquisition spend analysis, supports headcount planning, enhances Anaplan, and delivers executive-ready insights. Responsibilities also include evaluating strategic initiatives, improving FP&A processes, and advising cross-functional leaders on risks, opportunities, tradeoffs, and financial performance.

Lead and build a team that drafts and submits state-specific rating rules, underwriting guidelines, and forms; manage filing execution via SERFF, handle objection responses, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, establish operating rhythms, improve documentation and controls, and coach staff to scale filing expertise and regulatory execution.
