As a Customer Success Manager, you'll guide municipalities in using fleet management software for waste management, ensuring customer satisfaction and product utilization to achieve their goals.

Lead unification of UX across multiple acquired and native products as a player-coach. Build a design system, establish accessibility and UX standards, operationalize UX in the agile SDLC, run lightweight user research, define UX success metrics, use AI tooling to accelerate design, and grow and mentor the UX team while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
