Supports Workday and HRIS administration, employee lifecycle transactions, HR reporting, dashboards, process documentation, and operational improvements. Administers global health, wellness, benefits, billing reconciliation, leave programs, and employee inquiries. Manages regulatory filings, HR policy updates, audit readiness, and compliance documentation while partnering across global teams.

Lead Rover's upper-funnel media strategy and execution across TV, CTV/OTT, audio, OOH and programmatic. Own measurement (MMM, Geo-Uplift), large media budgets, agency relationships, and automation/AI-driven workflows to drive new-customer growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Brand and Marketing Data Science and translate complex measurement for executives.
