Own and grow Rubrik’s SaaS data protection business as a quota-carrying overlay sales specialist. Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and channel teams to identify, qualify, demonstrate, and close opportunities involving Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce. Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept engagements, competitive positioning, territory planning, stakeholder presentations, pipeline generation, and forecasting across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities include coordinating risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, tracking remediation, supporting governance and acceptance reviews, producing leadership dashboards, mapping controls to security frameworks, and improving GRC tooling and workflows. The role partners with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to drive risk initiatives, communicate business impact, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and IT roles, including sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Leads Rubrik’s commercial security audit and certification portfolio, managing audit calendars, external auditors, evidence collection, control mapping, findings remediation, certification lifecycle activities, and leadership reporting. Partners with InfoSec, IT, Legal, Engineering, and Risk Management to maintain continuous audit readiness across SOC, ISO, CSA STAR, TISAX, HITRUST, and HIPAA frameworks. Uses Jira-based dashboards, GRC tooling, AI, and automation to streamline audit workflows and support customer security inquiries.

Own Rubrik’s customer story and CXO Visionaries programs from recruitment and discovery through content production, events, awards, and executive engagement. Develop technically grounded customer narratives, manage editorial workflows and external vendors, track story impact, and partner with sales, PR, product, engineering, alliances, and events teams. Build scalable processes and quality standards while translating cybersecurity and data resilience outcomes into compelling proof points for senior business and technology audiences.

Serve as the senior technical authority for global public cloud architecture across strategic customer engagements. Define reference architectures, standards, guardrails, and cloud service offerings; lead complex multi-region and multi-cloud designs; advise executive stakeholders; partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success; build reusable automation and technical IP; mentor architects; establish competency standards; and influence product roadmaps and delivery methodology.

Lead Rubrik’s global Professional Services Partner Enablement program, establishing governance, compliance, onboarding, performance monitoring, and lifecycle processes. Collaborate with global practice leaders, education teams, services leadership, and engineering to align enablement objectives. Develop specialized tracks for GSI, MSP, and SI partners, strengthen partner relationships, and scale the ecosystem through strategic program management and cross-functional execution.

Leads pre-sales professional services engagements, including scoping, proposals, quotes, statements of work, business cases, forecasting, and bookings. Partners with account executives, sales engineers, delivery teams, support, and resilience stakeholders to position services, conduct customer workshops, align scope with post-sale outcomes, and support larger deal closures. Requires expertise in change management, transformation, data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security. Travel is required up to 10%.

Lead complex, concurrent enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through sign-off, managing scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
