The Scholars program connects mentees with mentors to learn Ruby/Ruby on Rails. Scholars must complete a mini-project and attend compulsory meet-ups during the conference.

Guides mentor Scholars in the Ruby and Rails community, providing support, networking opportunities, and feedback to help them navigate projects and improve their conference experience.
