The Preconstruction Manager I will develop project estimates, perform quantity take-offs, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders on construction projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.

Develop and maintain construction project schedules; assist project teams during proposals and preconstruction; facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders and subcontractors; monitor schedule health with Data Analytics; serve as a scheduling resource for field teams; travel to projects up to 50%.
