Leads national preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and project management capabilities across regions. Establishes processes, tools, training, controls, and best practices; manages staff performance and development; promotes Design-Build and IPD delivery; supports conceptual estimating, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and project pursuits; and sells preconstruction and design-management services.

Ensures quality across mission-critical construction projects from inception through turnover. Responsibilities include reviewing construction documents, conducting site audits, managing MEP and control-system testing, documenting equipment readiness, attending factory witness tests, supporting commissioning and turnover, and resolving nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also requires compliance with safety regulations, coordination with suppliers and project teams, and travel as needed.

Sources and engages passive talent for construction, real estate development, and architecture and engineering roles. Builds and nurtures talent pipelines, conducts initial screenings, manages candidate data in Workday and CRM systems, develops outreach campaigns, provides market intelligence, generates referrals, and coordinates recruiter and hiring-manager handoffs. Requires strong sourcing expertise, construction industry knowledge, Boolean search skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches across regions.
