The Business Engagement Manager is responsible for business development, engaging with prospects, utilizing CRM tools, and achieving sales quotas. The National Development Manager generates and qualifies national-account leads through nurturing, BANT assessment, high-volume calling, prospect education, and appointment setting. The role passes sales-qualified leads to field representatives, identifies customer pain points, promotes Ryder transportation solutions, and supports revenue growth. Success requires meeting quotas, managing sales activities, researching prospects, communicating with C-level customers, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. The position is fully remote and includes a $50,000 base salary plus commission.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Drive customer onboarding and growth for the Tapped Trailers platform: prospect and set up customers, verify insurance/DOT compliance, resolve transaction and platform issues, monitor inventory and pricing, collect customer feedback, and present results to leadership.

Lead startup deployments for Dedicated Transportation Solutions, training drivers and managers, ensuring operational consistency, creating processes, answering management-level questions, and supporting system testing and design. Requires extensive travel and temporary on-site assignment during startup periods.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities for the ChoiceLease product line. Consolidate and analyze financial data, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce ad-hoc reports, present results to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations to support planning and decision-making.

Provide technical and customer support for downstream fueling facilities: troubleshoot and repair fueling systems, manage work orders and compliance, approve repair quotes, support capital projects, develop SOPs/BMPs, monitor KPIs, and communicate with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
