Develops new-logo sales for Ryder’s contractual fleet management products. Builds and executes go-to-market strategies through digital, telemarketing, direct-mail, and in-person prospecting. Manages pipelines, opportunities, proposals, and prospect tiers in Salesforce and Seismic. Educates prospects on Ryder services, collaborates with sales teams to transition accounts and generate opportunities, supports customer onboarding, and completes related administrative tasks.

Sources, screens, interviews, and negotiates offers for contractors while completing hiring administration and onboarding. Manages recruitment processes, hiring manager and HR relationships, recruitment advertising, job fairs, remote recruiting, recruitment materials, account staffing, KPI performance, and updates on market conditions and recruiting progress.

Leads financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting, and data mining for assigned business segments. Manages monthly close activities, P&L reviews, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and financial modeling. Partners with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to identify financial drivers and present insights to leadership. Oversees projects, coaches junior professionals, and supports effective financial controls.

Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates for high-volume, managerial, technical, and professional roles. Builds relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, placement agencies, and external recruiters. Assesses staffing needs, ensures recruiting compliance, promotes the organization as an employer of choice, and contributes to staffing projects while meeting service-level expectations.

Manages regional commercial collections portfolios by contacting customers, negotiating payments and service cessation, resolving billing disputes, enforcing contract terms, and reducing delinquency and bad debt. Analyzes financial, credit, and operational data; reports receivables metrics to Finance, Operations, Sales, and Rental leadership; and supports collections-related projects and process improvements.

Provides employee relations consultation to managers and employees, conducts fair and timely HR investigations, advises on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and interprets employment policies and laws. Partners with operational management, HR business partners, labor relations, legal teams, and other subject matter experts to resolve complex cases, mitigate compliance risks, and monitor employee relations trends. Administers case management systems and supports performance management, employee communications, and collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Leads new business pursuits and account expansion for supply chain solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, cross-selling, pricing and deal strategy, proposal leadership, contract negotiation, solution selling, quota attainment, and transitioning new accounts to account management. The role supports automotive, aeronautical, and industrial customers, requires substantial sales experience, and involves 40%–50% travel.
