The Business Engagement Manager is responsible for business development, engaging with prospects, utilizing CRM tools, and achieving sales quotas. This role includes prospecting, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring customer orientation while developing professional relationships and managing administrative tasks.

Provide technical and customer support for downstream fueling facilities: troubleshoot and repair fueling systems, manage work orders and compliance, approve repair quotes, support capital projects, develop SOPs/BMPs, monitor KPIs, and communicate with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
