The VP, State Medicaid Strategy & Capture will develop strategies to win state Medicaid RFPs, manage proposal processes, and lead a team while engaging with state agencies and other stakeholders to drive growth in this segment.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage complex customer invoicing and revenue recognition, analyze profitability and GL variances, support audits, maintain balance sheet workpapers, and improve accounting controls and cross-functional billing reconciliations.

Lead end-to-end encounter data management for CMS/state Medicaid submissions. Validate and optimize ETL converting source data into HIPAA X12 837P, support regulatory audits, analyze trends and root causes, liaise across business/technical/operations teams, and recommend process improvements to ensure compliance and data integrity.
