The VP, State Medicaid Strategy & Capture will develop strategies to win state Medicaid RFPs, manage proposal processes, and lead a team while engaging with state agencies and other stakeholders to drive growth in this segment.

Lead all accounting operations and financial reporting for a multi-entity organization. Oversee close processes, consolidate financial statements, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, manage treasury and audits, maintain internal controls, and drive process improvement and automation. Mentor a finance team and partner cross-functionally to support strategic growth.

The role involves leading the IDN growth and operations by building driver networks, overseeing compliance, and improving marketplace performance metrics. Key responsibilities include enhancing driver acquisition strategies, refining operational processes, and leveraging data for continuous improvement.
