Supports talent management across early careers, workforce and career development, leadership development, succession planning, performance, engagement, retention, and employer branding. Coordinates programmes, mentoring, talent reviews, career frameworks, workforce planning, events, and stakeholder activities. Uses data and insights to improve talent strategies and employee experience while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and People & Culture teams.

Serves as the technical authority for BMS and control systems supporting mission-critical data centers. Owns system changes, configuration integrity, troubleshooting, optimization, vendor oversight, and QA/QC for installations and commissioning. Analyzes equipment data, supports mechanical and electrical system integration, develops technical documentation, and trains facility operations staff. The role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable building automation systems.

Build and evolve Seastack’s data center optimization platform across backend services, data models, frontend interfaces, and infrastructure. Develop Python and FastAPI APIs; create React, Next.js, and TypeScript experiences; manage ClickHouse and MongoDB schemas; contribute to Azure-based DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with product and data science teams, lead technical reviews, translate requirements into system designs, mentor teammates, and perform code reviews.
